I need to make a warranty claim on my Jones Flagship snowboard, and Jones' policy says that I need to handle that through the seller. I sent multiple photos and explained the damage in detail; however, customer support refused to give me any information and demanded that I ship the snowboard to them for assessment. So I paid €20 to ship a snowboard that was damaged beyond repair. It's been a month since the snowboard was delivered to them, and I've sent multiple emails to customer support since then, but I still haven't received any response. My messages are being deliberately ignored, and as I see it, the company has stolen my snowboard. I'm considering criminal prosecution as the value of this high-end snowboard is substantial. The chat option on the website doesn't work, and there is no phone number to call, so this company generally feels like a bunch of scam artists, even though it was a real and functioning company about a year ago.

Ordered bindings but I didn't see the additional tax payment required (my fault) because they were coming from Europe. This cost made the bindings unaffordable for me so I followed the available option to reject the order at customs before leaving the country and begin the refund process. This was 2 months ago and Sideways Snowboards have yet to refund my £297. I have had 2 emails from them the most recent saying that DPD have the package and are returning it but I've not had any money back and they are no longer responding to my emails. Really bad customer service and the fact I have never been in possession of the items, the return is between them and DPD yet still they haven't given me bank my money and are no longer responding is really worrying.
Order a snowboard with website indicating 3 in stock. Waited and Waited for confirmation of shipping. Nothing received so chased only to receive an email to say that the item was out of stock and that a refund has been issued. Refund was issued but not at the same value as payment (likely due to exchange rates) but I'm now technically out of pocket and have missed other ales due to a lack of communication and incompetency. I would be wary from ordering from them as you're probably safer to potentially pay a little bit more for security of supply and communication.
Due to being "very busy" their online chat support people bother to reply perhaps once every half-hour. As the goods are getting delivered from EU to UK you get charged Customs/import TAX that they never remind you about (and some great companies actually pay it for you). Placed an order on Friday, it got dispatched Tuesday. Would not recommend
