I've never encountered a company that promotes luxury while offering no customer support. After placing an order, I needed to change the delivery due to the recipient's unavailability, but I’ve tried calling for two days at various times with no response. I didn’t pursue emails, so now it seems like a gift hamper will go to waste since the cheese will be stale upon arrival. I doubt there are proper cooling facilities with the delivery service. NEVER AGAIN!
