DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered 2 hampers 6 weeks ago to be sent to different locations. They were supposed to arrive on the 20th, but they didn't. On the 22nd, we reached out via email but received no reply. My husband then left a voicemail with the order details, and out of the blue, he got a refund for both hampers. There was no further communication. I can only hope the quality of the cheese is better than the service we experienced. NOT satisfied...
I have never encountered a service that claims to be luxurious yet lacks any customer support. I placed an order and needed to reschedule the delivery because the recipients were unavailable. However, I have attempted to call for two days at various times, and no one ever picks up! I didn’t even bother with emails, so now the gift hamper is likely wasted since the cheese will be stale upon delivery. I seriously doubt there are cooling facilities with the delivery service. NEVER AGAIN!

After contacting the company with photos, I was initially promised a resolution, but after refusing a partial refund, they ceased all communication. I’ve had to escalate this with my bank and Trading Standards. This is not just minor damage; it poses a serious health risk and reflects terrible customer service. I strongly advise against using this company.
I can’t get this company to respond to my emails. I paid £6 for a specific delivery date, but I’ve been notified that the cheeses will arrive 10 days earlier. The delivery address is an Airbnb, and we plan to arrive the day after my friend’s birthday. I’ve sent three emails with no reply, despite their automated response claiming they typically respond within a day.

Eventually, it was delivered that evening, but the driver threw the parcel over the gate, and we only discovered its arrival 20 minutes later by checking our phones. It rained heavily, and the parcel was soaked through. I'm disappointed for both myself and the company. While I love their cheese, I won't be placing any more online orders, as previous deliveries were problem-free.

After receiving a voucher from someone else, I ordered a selection for £36.00, believing I could specify a delivery date for the week before Christmas. At checkout, I noticed a £6.00 shipping charge, which I assumed was for that service. However, I was not informed that using a discount voucher would disqualify me from specifying a delivery date. Instead of arriving with other gifts closer to Christmas, it's being delivered 17 days early. The only customer support representative I encountered was unhelpful and placed blame on me for their lack of clarity regarding delivery dates. I’m extremely frustrated with how they’ve disrupted my gift plans. I received an email stating they are refunding the full amount, but it's unclear whether the delivery has been canceled, leaving me to arrange an alternative gift. Their automated phone system cut me off again. This company creates more chaos and uncertainty with every interaction.
