I regret to say that the delivery service completely failed us. The product was dispatched on the same day as my order, and I received confirmation that delivery would occur the next day. However, the following evening, I was informed that delivery would now be the next day with no time given and no tracking available. Eventually, it was delivered that evening, but the driver threw the parcel over the gate, and we only discovered its arrival 20 minutes later by checking our phones. It rained heavily, and the parcel was soaked through. I'm disappointed for both myself and the company. While I love their cheese, I won't be placing any more online orders, as previous deliveries were problem-free.
