I ordered the Linen sheets in May and paid $400+. I waited and waited and waited. Finally at least a month later I was informed that they were delayed a month. I requested a refund and got it. I got a notice in Sept.that the sheets (linen) were back in stock and again ordered the sheets. They again charged my credit card and I again waited, and waited and waited. I received an email in October that the sheets were again back ordered and would not be in until November. I received an email this week with another month long delay. Many companies I’ve worked with don’t charge your credit card till the product ships. So Snowe has had my money for over 3 months.
