Sunjoe's WA24C-LTE washer proved to be very convenient and capable for cleaning my bikes, the car and even water filter housings for the house water filter. It is easy to control the power level and the battery life is excellent.However, the spray gun broke at the point where it attaches to the hose after just a few months of use and I couldn't find a spare on-line. I contacted Shop Joe support and Rose Irea was very friendly and efficient in sorting out a warranty replacement for me - no AI bots here. Thank you, Rose!
