This is a great company. They stand behind their product. This was my third pressure washer. I always have 2 at a time.
I had issues with one and they were on it. Always answered my emails and sent me a new unit. Couldn’t be happier with the product and the people behind it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely horrid customer service. I emailed their customer service and according to their own policy, most emails will be replied to within 24 hours. Complete lie! I emailed 4 days ago and have not received a simple reply back! They charged me for my order and NEVER shipped it. It looks like the items are out of stock and instead of letting me know and refunding my order, they simply have let it sit there marked as shipped (even though Fedex and the tracking number state they havent received the package). The order is for time sensitive items..I don't need the snow melt AFTER the snow melts!! I needed it by the latest expected delivery date that I was given by this company (which was supposed to be Monday). It is now Wednesday and the order hasn't even been shipped. Thankfully, American Express sided with me quickly and refunded me my order, but shame on this company for 1. not replying to their emails 2. charging a customer and not refunding when they failed to ship out the order
What a letdown. I bought a so-called 'top of the line' snow blower last year for winter. After assembling it and preparing to use it for the first time, I found that the batteries were completely dead and wouldn't charge. When I contacted the support team about replacement batteries, I learned they no longer produce them for that model. After just one year, I am left with a $500+ useless item. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN!!!
I ordered a pressure washer from the seller, and within 30 days, the price dropped for the same bundle I bought. They refused to match the price because it was labeled a 'TV Bundle,' despite being identical. This feels like a scheme to avoid honoring price matches. I own several of their products, but after this experience, I won't be purchasing from them again. Small issues like this reflect a company's character and drive customers away.
The product stopped working with in few months and since the product was a gift. The company denied owning the product and providing warranty support. The product was discontinued in small time and causing waste of my money as the product is no longer usable.
I purchased a vacuum that has performed well. However, when I tried to order a needed part, it was unavailable, and I found out it has been out of stock for years. I will likely buy another vacuum, but it won't be from this seller. This vacuum is still on the market, so the parts should still be accessible. Shame on you.
