Snowblower had bad batteries from the start. Contacted Truvolt brands (AKA snowjoe aka Sunjoe) and got the run around for nearly 6 months for my refund. They will only wire transfer you money back and will make it as difficult as possible. They continually closed my ticket and I had to re open the case with them. Horrible company. Don't buy any of their junk.
