Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I ordered a set of skis and bindings as a Christmas gift for my wife, but the courier misplaced the package. After 30 days, I still haven't received a replacement or a refund, leaving me without a present or my money back. This situation does not comply with consumer protection laws. The support team has also stopped replying to my emails and online chats. I strongly recommend steering clear of this company!
