Ordered two pairs of goggles. Order was received with only one pair, as confirmed by the weight of the box. Snowleader insisted I send a signed letter declaring I didn’t receive the item and have then ignored all communication for three weeks so far. I returned the other pair as it didn’t fit, with a returns label I had to buy from them, but have received no refund or confirmation the package was received.

Bought a pair of Salomon walking shoes, too long to arrive and not right fit. Returned shows but had no refund and Snowleader.co.uk do NOT respond to any of your calls or emails. Now £150 lost. Avoid at all costs. Taking to litigation to get refund.

I would give no stars, but cant. I ordered a coat but it wasn't what my son wanted. So sent it back using their services. Evri state still in transit(case raised with them), but snowleader sent me a picture of an empty box, stating its not there. Unfortunately I didnt take a picture of the item in the box, as didnt realise it might be needed. So snowleader are refusing to refund me. Its their word against mine, so Ive now lost out, and have had to raise a case with pay pal, as I cant afford to lose over £100. So if your anybody is sending an item back, take pictures of it

Purchased 2 pairs of Moon Boots, one pair has a frayed eyelet, the eyelet spins around casuing damage by the joint in the eye. Customer service too around 10 days to respond saying there was no defect to the product. Didn't even leave a representative's name. One of my worst online experiences ever and definitely will not be returning, and neither should you!

Never, ever deal with this company. Firstly, they are not UK based despite the domain name. Check the Terms & Conditions on their website. We ordered a Ski jacket as a Christmas present. It never arrived. Whether this was Snowleaders fault or EVRIs (their courier) fault I don't know, and don't care. My contract was with Snowleader and they failed to fulfil their side of it. You'd think this would be an easy refund, right? Wrong. We chased for weeks and weeks and weeks. They refused to refund until the ski jacket had been received back to them from EVRI. Why is this my problem? Why should I have to wait for YOUR courier? Their Customer Service is a joke, trotting out the same robotic responses. In the end I raised a dispute/chargeback via AMEX and received the money back immediately. I hope AMEX stung them with admin fees. Do yourself a favour and read through the reviews on here and go shop somewhere else.

Terrible customer service with no response

The customer service is frustrating; I’ve been left on hold when trying to call, which has already cost me over £26. There’s been no answer to my voicemail messages, and my emails have gone unanswered. I still haven’t received my order, and there’s no one available to assist me.

Concerns About Legitimacy and Lack of Support

I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this company and feel like I've been scammed. I ordered a ski jacket that was supposed to ship on January 3rd, with tracking indicating it would arrive by January 9th. As of the 14th, the tracking shows it hasn't even left France. The 'chat' feature on the website is unresponsive, and my emails go unanswered. Now, I won't receive my order in time for my trip and will have to buy another jacket, leaving me frustrated with the lack of customer service.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I ordered a set of skis and bindings as a Christmas gift for my wife, but the courier misplaced the package. After 30 days, I still haven't received a replacement or a refund, leaving me without a present or my money back. This situation does not comply with consumer protection laws. The support team has also stopped replying to my emails and online chats. I strongly recommend steering clear of this company!

Excessive Charges and Poor Value

This service adds handling fees to orders that are already being paid for, similar to a budget airline's random charges. The delivery costs are extremely high, indicating an attempt to overcharge customers. If you want to avoid being overcharged, it's best to steer clear of this option.
