I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this company and feel like I've been scammed. I ordered a ski jacket that was supposed to ship on January 3rd, with tracking indicating it would arrive by January 9th. As of the 14th, the tracking shows it hasn't even left France. The 'chat' feature on the website is unresponsive, and my emails go unanswered. Now, I won't receive my order in time for my trip and will have to buy another jacket, leaving me frustrated with the lack of customer service.
