Never, ever deal with this company. Firstly, they are not UK based despite the domain name. Check the Terms & Conditions on their website. We ordered a Ski jacket as a Christmas present. It never arrived. Whether this was Snowleaders fault or EVRIs (their courier) fault I don't know, and don't care. My contract was with Snowleader and they failed to fulfil their side of it. You'd think this would be an easy refund, right? Wrong. We chased for weeks and weeks and weeks. They refused to refund until the ski jacket had been received back to them from EVRI. Why is this my problem? Why should I have to wait for YOUR courier? Their Customer Service is a joke, trotting out the same robotic responses. In the end I raised a dispute/chargeback via AMEX and received the money back immediately. I hope AMEX stung them with admin fees. Do yourself a favour and read through the reviews on here and go shop somewhere else.
