I would give no stars, but cant. I ordered a coat but it wasn't what my son wanted. So sent it back using their services. Evri state still in transit(case raised with them), but snowleader sent me a picture of an empty box, stating its not there. Unfortunately I didnt take a picture of the item in the box, as didnt realise it might be needed. So snowleader are refusing to refund me. Its their word against mine, so Ive now lost out, and have had to raise a case with pay pal, as I cant afford to lose over £100. So if your anybody is sending an item back, take pictures of it
