Overall very poor service. Eb climbing shoes received on time. The shoes are with 2year warranty. Fault due to poor quality became evident after first use. Snowleader not intersed to communicate or resolve the issue. Communication with Snowleader is very difficult if something is not right with the order. They are not interested in providing good customer service.
