Terrible customer service. Paid for a service and still waiting 15 days later for my Skis.
Since this is the only communication I have received I'm not interested in waiting 30 days. I asked for a replacement set of skis,it's not my problem I don't have them it's your courier service. 48hr tracked delivery is not 2 weeks. I'm still waiting and ordered on 9th March.
