Never use this company. On the very likely chance you never receive your parcel, or the parcel does not contain all of the times ordered, or you return your parcel as the item is incorrect, they will take months, if ever to return your money. They send you through hoops and repeatedly respond saying they are ‘investigating’ or ‘unusually busy’ etc etc to not issue a simple refund for a returned item that was fully tracked. If the order doesn’t arrive they say you have to claim from the courier company even this is not legal as your contract is with them. If you have an item missing from your parcel, proven by the weight of the parcel they packed, they will conclude you are lying further to their ‘thorough investigation’. They are thieves and should not be allowed to trade. Your only option is to take them to small claims court.
