Ski ordered on 30th of December, today is 3rd of February, despite all emails, online chats etc., they are ignorant saying they have to conclude investigation with Evri which could take 30 days. Raised official complaint - no reply. Escalated again today. The ski is obviously lost, not sure how they use Evri for orders for £500+ - the most unreliable carrier in the UK. Perhaps their products are good, but when things go wrong - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever !
