The snow and skiing were fantastic, but the venue lacked organization. During our visit, it was not crowded, yet there was confusion about parking due to the building's size. The reception staff were not very helpful when we tried to retrieve our tickets. Also, be aware that you need a £1 coin for the locker, but the reception is cashless and only sells tokens for £1.50. Many lockers were out of order, so don’t be misled by the appearance of availability. The equipment hire staff were also lacking in basic ski knowledge, initially providing incorrect sizes. After a long wait, we requested to adjust the bindings ourselves. Once on the slope, the skiing was enjoyable with no queues at the drag lifts, which was well managed.
