Avoid this seller—no refunds

The duvets are poorly printed and look nothing like the advertised images. Returning items is nearly impossible, leaving you stuck with them. They also add extra items to your cart during checkout, which is very frustrating. Additionally, their email responses regarding refunds are infrequent, making it hard to get answers.

Not a quilt at all

This is not a quilt; it's a poor print made from terrible material. The company is unwilling to issue a refund and only accepts returns if items are damaged. What a horrible experience.

Do not order if expecting quality

We ordered three "vintage patchwork quilt" duvet covers, only to find they were poor-quality prints of quilts on fabric. The seller refused to process a return or refund since their policy only allows it for damaged items or incorrect orders.

Perfect gift for a dear friend
