"OH NO" - No Brakes!

Dealt with knowledgeable friendly individuals who were pleasant and enjoyable to speak with. Used to be a customer service rep so know a good one when I speak with one. There was a shipping issue with the order, and they worked it to a mutual satisfaction level. May have another issue to discuss with them and will do so without hesitation.
