I ordered a product from this company in mid-December. I have not received this product over a month later. I contacted customer service and got one reply - it was generic, probably AI response advising they will investigate and get back to me. Since then, I've emailed them multiple times and heard nothing. They have effectively stolen my money, as the terrible tracking website they provided shows the item hasn't left China or had any updates since 29th December.The website just directs you to an email address when you have an issue - no phone numbers, and all addresses are in China. I'm effectively being ghosted. Avoid like the plague!UPDATE: This product arrived today (09/02/26) - 54 days after originally ordering, which is better than nothing. However, this review score remains unchanged, as Snugly have done nothing and returned none of my messages. Absolutely awful communication, and frankly dodgy business practices.
