I ordered a red panda snugly for my son for Christmas. I have still not received my order 3 months later. I have had emails saying they’re sorry but still nothing. I keep asking for a refund, which I have not received either. The reviews on their website are misleading. I wish I’d read Trust pilot instead. I am an angry and disappointed customer.
