Review Time
I ordered a red panda snugly for my son for Christmas. I have still not received my order 3 months later. I have had emails saying they’re sorry but still nothing. I keep asking for a refund, which I have not received either.
The reviews on their website are misleading. I wish I’d read Trust pilot instead.

Item was not delivered to a safe and secure location but left under a car. When I contacted Snugly, they only responded after I had emailed several times. Fibbed me off every time. Said Royal mail were investigating, they never did but the they said they would replace the items, that was 24th December even though these were an Xmas present. I am still waiting and now they are not responding at all! Disgusting customer service. They have £64 of my hard earned cash. I have no product and my kids missed out. Would NOT RECOMMEND
Pretty quick delivery considering the time of year.Very warm and comfy and I’m pleased with it.I haven’t tried it outside in the rain so I cannot comment about its waterproof qualities, as for the comment by another reviewer , I find the material very soft and not at all rustly.As for the claim about country of Manufacture however, I think she makes a valid point as nowhere on the garment does it say it’s made in the UK!However I have been in touch with a Wales based producer of hoodie blankets and it appears that they had to source overseas as No one manufactures them in UK.But I’m happy with my hoodie regardless of country of manufacture.
Buyer beware. I’ve already left a 1 star review but my review got screened and didn’t get published. Since I have received another email reminder to leave a review I’ll post the same one again. I’m really disappointed with my hooded blanket for 2 reasons. 1 the material and 2 the claim it’s made in the UK. The first issue is the material. It’s not snuggly or huggly. The material has this strange waterproof sound to it that is heavy, sweaty and makes a noise when moving. It sounds like you’re wearing a outdoor rain jacket. The material is so heavy it feels like you’ve done a workout when wearing it. And it not breathable at all. I have another hooded blanket from a different company which is light fluffy and snuggly. This doesn’t compare. The second issue is the made in the UK marketing claim. There are many issues with the packaging and garment that do not meet UK laws and best practices. Nowhere on the garment does it state made in the UK as this would be against the law and the overseas manufacturers wouldn’t do this . But the company seems to think it’s ok to use this on their website. Using this outside to wash your car or work in the rain it would be perfect. Snuggling at home on the couch or in bed it’s not!
Love my Snugly Hugly! It is incredibly warm and is indeed snuggly. One size fits all and it is huge! So if you’re small like me you can just cocoon yourself into it! Bought it for camping but I think it’s going to be a winter essential. Worth every penny AND ITS BRITISH MADE👍🏼👍🏼!!
