Item was not delivered to a safe and secure location but left under a car. When I contacted Snugly, they only responded after I had emailed several times. Fibbed me off every time. Said Royal mail were investigating, they never did but the they said they would replace the items, that was 24th December even though these were an Xmas present. I am still waiting and now they are not responding at all! Disgusting customer service. They have £64 of my hard earned cash. I have no product and my kids missed out. Would NOT RECOMMEND
