I recently signed up with the Snug app. The sign up process was seamless. I opted to do the one daily free check-in. I liked it so much, I paid the $17.99 to be able to have multiple check-ins. You can find adequate instructions how to manage your check-ins. Problem is, I am unable to do it. My “menu” does not have the “manage your check-ins” option. I have sent multiple messages on the app to customer service and multiple emails asking for help. I also left multiple voicemails. Nothing. No response. The correction may be a simple fix but I’ll never know. I will be disputing the charge. A shame because I liked the service.
