So I signed up for Snug. And they were supposed to text me. Never heard from them. Then I called there customer service. And no one answered. I then got an email from them saying that There is no one at this time to talk to me!! So I'm confused. How is it that a service that is supposed to text you every day to check on you doesn't text?? Nor do they have anyone to talk to about the issues?? I read alot of good reviews. But now I'm wondering if the Reviews are just fake
