I placed an order for a hoodie on the 20th of November, and it still hasn't arrived. I've attempted to contact the necessary support, and I received an email today stating that my necklace is stuck in customs? I ordered a hoodie, not a necklace. I spent a significant amount on this hoodie and expected it to arrive within a week or so. Instead, I'm being misled and feel foolish. Extremely dissatisfied! I absolutely do not recommend this service! STAY AWAY!
