If I could give zero stars, I would. This so-called brand has deceived me and my partner into believing we were getting a quality hoodie and sweatpants set, only to receive cheap polyester items with printed designs instead of the expected stitched or hand-drawn details. How is it permissible to sell customers something entirely different from what is shown in the pictures, alongside numerous fake reviews?

I spent a significant amount on this hoodie and expected it to arrive within a week or so. Instead, I'm being misled and feel foolish. Extremely dissatisfied! I absolutely do not recommend this service! STAY AWAY!

I regret ordering from this company again after receiving a partial refund on my last order. This time, I purchased a pre-order item on the 6th of November, but I decided I didn't want it. I checked their website on the 21st, and it still showed as a pre-order item, so I requested a cancellation for a refund. No response. I emailed again on the 23rd after noticing the item was no longer listed as pre-order. Still no reply. Their site claims they respond within 24 hours, but that hasn’t happened. I just received an email on the 25th stating it has shipped! I suspect I’ll be told I can’t cancel it because it’s shipped. The tracking details show the process began on the 15th, at least six days before it was listed as available. I’m unsure why they would start tracking before it showed as available. I realize it’s my fault, but I fear that when I request a return, I’ll only be offered a minimal refund due to high return shipping costs. I plan to block this company from my social media and will provide updates as I hear back. I included my order number to assist them in locating my details, so we shall see… UPDATE: They responded about a different order, and the jacket they mentioned was never on pre-sale and shipped quickly. I’m just waiting for it to arrive. After leaving my review, I received an email saying they would intercept the package and process my refund. Who knows what’s happening with my actual order, as they seem to be ignoring it. It’s disappointing because they mentioned my previous orders, unlike the five-star reviews, which seem unverified.
Avoid this service! I ordered a men's sequined shirt in 3XL, but it wouldn't fit a child, either in length or width. The only way to initiate a return is through email, and after three days, I've received no response. There’s no phone number, no form, and no live chat available to resolve this issue. Just ignored emails.
