Started the lawn care subscription back in late summer 2025 and received the first treatment pretty quickly. Payment for the winter treatment was taken early December 2025 and I haven’t received anything. I’ve chased numerous times and have only had one response back in December saying there was a ‘system’ problem which was rectified. It’s now end of Jan 2026 and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve had zero response from them. Looks like they’ve taken my money and done a runner with it. Very poor. I’ve raised a case with my credit card company to try and get the money back.
