I have been with Sobeys pharmacy in Waterloo for more than 10 years. But I am so disappointed from the IT incident happened in November, impacted to my health that shuts down Sobeys services all over Canada. I have found Sobeys pharmacy does not care my feeling as a customer. When I contacted to the regional manager, he did not even have the patience to listen to my concern. In the middle of the conversation, he hanged up the phone. I was really shocked by his unprofessional manner as a regional manager. It is so rude and horrible customer service and it is not acceptable.
