No organisation at all. The games don't kick off on time. Teams are constantly dropping out (understandably so), meaning you have to play dull friendlies every week or pay the whole match fee for cancelling. The referee has no interest in refereeing, it seems prison rules apply. The fixtures are changed on the day of the game, including kick off times. If you cannot make it, it's always back to the same threats of having to pay up for the season.

Teams are signed up to a season of 6aside football which consists of 20 weeks commitment. All teams sign up to the terms and conditions and agree to commit to the season. Anyone signing up to a season contract for a team must be over 18 years old.
