It arrived the following week after I had already returned home, so I missed the chance to see anyone open their gift, and there was confusion about who received what. Furthermore, customer service mentioned they would provide a code for a free online game as compensation, but instead, I received the same game that was already free with the purchase. I felt it was fair to raise this issue, but at this point, they stopped responding.
