I faced numerous issues. They promised to ship between Dec. 18th-21st, but it actually shipped on Dec. 27th. My email sent on Dec. 22nd for an update went ignored. When the socks arrived, one looked fine, but the other was a disaster. The dog's head was misshapen, her forehead was much darker than in reality, and she had a large red 'birthmark' on her head. Honestly, she looked quite off. I reached out to the company with no response. Even the chat feature was unhelpful. It took a third message threatening to escalate to the Better Business Bureau before I got a partial refund, but they didn't refund shipping. There was never an apology or response. A simple "we are sorry" would have sufficed, but they ignored four messages, shipped late, sent a defective product, and only provided a partial refund.
