I encountered multiple problems. They promised shipping between Dec. 18th-21st, but it actually shipped on Dec. 27th. My email sent on Dec. 22nd for an update was completely ignored. When the socks arrived, one was fine, but the other was a disaster. The dog's head was misshapen, the forehead was much darker than in reality, and there was a large red 'birthmark' on her head. Honestly, she looked quite off. I reached out to the company but received no response. I tried their chat feature with no luck. It took a third message threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau before I received a partial refund (but they didn’t refund shipping). There was never an apology or reply at all. A simple "we are sorry" would have sufficed, but they ignored four messages, shipped late, sent a defective product, and only provided a partial refund.

I never received my product! I had to give one star to leave a review, but I would give zero, as the company never responded to my three emails inquiring about my package. My order was placed on 12-14 with standard shipping for a Christmas gift, but I never received any information about delays or that it might arrive after Christmas. I'm very disappointed as this was supposed to be a special, personalized gift. I hope my experience is unique, and others didn’t face this during the holiday season. I would like a refund but have yet to hear back from anyone.
I ordered two pairs of custom socks that looked adorable for Christmas. I was within their delivery window, but unfortunately, I received no updates and it’s clear they haven't shipped. Christmas is just two days away, and despite reaching out at least five times, I received no assistance with my inquiries. There’s no phone number to call. I would not recommend this company at all. I’m surprised, as most other reviews seemed positive and mentioned fast shipping.
Their shipping is unacceptable. It takes three weeks to get socks delivered, especially close to Christmas. Every other order I’ve placed, even for custom items, has arrived on time. My package is arriving after Christmas despite my request to cancel if they couldn’t fulfill it on time. They ignored my request and shipped it late. Customer service is non-existent as they haven't responded to me. I would avoid this company.
I ordered three pairs of socks on December 2. They sent two pairs without any communication about the missing ones. I contacted them through their provided site, which promised a response within 24 hours, but three weeks later, I received no reply. They charged me and simply kept my money.
