I purchased Socleads and am very disappointed with the quality of results, but moreover terrible customer support. 1) location filter doesn't work for social media, if you select US - 70% of the list can easily be outside US 2) quality of the search differs from case to case sometimes up to 80% of the searches being completely irrelevant. I raised this problem to the support team but they refused to fix the problem or even reimburse the credits. 3) no option to search for keyword in bio, which worsense the quality of results 4) if you search the same keyword, 100% of the previous search result is included each time in the new result.
