I had a very bad experience with socleads.com and would strongly advise others to be careful.
I paid around $1700 expecting high-quality, targeted leads as advertised. However, the results were extremely poor. Most of the data was irrelevant, outdated, or completely unusable for my needs. It did not match what was promised on their website.
I reached out to their support team multiple times via email, but I never received a single response. There was no support, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue.
This lack of communication, combined with poor service quality, is extremely concerning.
In my opinion, the service is misleading and not worth the cost. Be very careful before spending money here, as you may not get what you expect and there is a high risk of losing your money.
I have now initiated a dispute with my bank due to non-response and failure to provide the promised service.
Overall, a very disappointing and costly experience.

I purchased Socleads and am very disappointed with the quality of results, but moreover terrible customer support. 1) location filter doesn't work for social media, if you select US - 70% of the list can easily be outside US 2) quality of the search differs from case to case sometimes up to 80% of the searches being completely irrelevant. I raised this problem to the support team but they refused to fix the problem or even reimburse the credits. 3) no option to search for keyword in bio, which worsense the quality of results 4) if you search the same keyword, 100% of the previous search result is included each time in the new result.
Good tool for leads from FacebookI purchased Socleads but was confused about how it would work. It's very tough to get leads manually from Facebook. I have started to search for leads by keywords, and I got a good amount of leads without using my Facebook account. I am really very happy. On the leads, I did not get leads name, but its ok for me. I strongly recommend this tool for those who wants to keep facebook account safe and get good amount leads, it is a great SOLUTION FOR THEM.They are providing leads from many social channels. They are upgrading features day by day.I hope this tool will be a leading tool soon.
