I want to express my frustration regarding the inadequate support for the SoClean3 that I purchased recently. After my previous model had issues, I was advised to buy the newer model. However, when it was time to replace the filter, I found out that it had been discontinued. I was promised a replacement once a new version was available, but now I'm being asked to pay a deposit for a new model despite my current product still being under warranty. This is unfair, and I feel stuck with unusable equipment.
