I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor support for the product I purchased. After my previous model had issues, I was advised to buy the newer model. When it was time to replace the filter, I discovered that it had been discontinued. I was told a new version would be released soon, but now I’m being asked to pay a deposit for it despite my current product still being under warranty. This is unfair, and I feel stuck with non-functional equipment.
