Dissatisfaction with Product Support

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor support for the product I purchased. After my previous model had issues, I was advised to buy the newer model. When it was time to replace the filter, I discovered that it had been discontinued. I was told a new version would be released soon, but now I’m being asked to pay a deposit for it despite my current product still being under warranty. This is unfair, and I feel stuck with non-functional equipment.

Discontinued Support for SoClean 3

I purchased the first SoClean machine and used it for seven years before needing a replacement. After facing issues with the SoClean2, I eventually bought the SoClean3. Now, I'm being told that I need to buy the SoClean3+ and only offered a discount coupon. My warranty seems meaningless as they refuse to take responsibility for the discontinued product. They've lost my business.
