I had a very disappointing experience with Soda PDF.When I subscribed in April last year, I was charged twice for the same subscription. During the initial setup I could not access the account, and after several attempts the payment window appeared again. I assumed the first transaction had not gone through, but it had. As a result, two subscriptions were created under the same name and my credit card was charged twice.Even with a PRO subscription, basic features did not work properly. I was unable to edit certain PDF files, which defeats the purpose of purchasing the full version. I contacted customer support and sent them the file for review, but the response I received was generic, simply stating that they were “looking into the problem.” More than a week later, there was still no solution.Another major issue is the e-signature feature, which did not work reliably and made it impossible to send documents for signing.Overall, the software feels like a limited or unfinished version of more established tools such as Adobe Acrobat, but without the reliability.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Soda PDF.
