Company promotes and sells a 24/7 phone support (LIES) service which of course I immediately purchased. After trying the program it kept freezing and disabled all my keys and could not be closed, yikes. Then I had to do a cold shut down of my whole system after waiting for the program to respond... Called and the lines are all closed for the weekend. Weekday phone support is 3 am- 9am EST, lol! Are they joking? Then the bot chat support kept asking for an email code, but every time I went to retrieve the email code, the screen made me start over! Never even got into that. TERRIBLE, deceptive service and very troublesome program...
