I had my subscription to Soda PDF pro on auto-renew. Last year, it went through fine. This year, the renewal "failed" and my license deactivated. I received one notification email regarding this, and immediately confirmed my credit card information was accurate and had not changed. Upon reaching out to support, they informed me the only option was to manually re-subscribe at over twice the cost quoted in the email sent the previous day.Please note, I would have no problem paying an increased subscription price if that were properly communicated. The product is fine - this situation is not.
