I have a pdf document from someone that I needed to fill out and return. When I purchased it online from their web site, It charged me for OCR, which I had deselected. I tried OCR and got a message that it doesn't work on my document. I then used it to fill in all of my part of the pdf. It was awkward and cumbersome to use and it took a lot of time but I finally made it work. I then printed the document. Some of the text fields were clear and dark, many of them were very faint grey, almost unreadable. (All of the original document was nice and dark so it had nothing to do with my printer). I went back and looked at the document with Soda pdf and they all look nice and dark but don't print that way.There may be ways to make it work correctly but I can't figure it out nor do I want to waste any more time trying.I have complained to support that I want my money back and assurance they are not going to rebill me monthly. They have sent me 3 emails saying they are very busy and will get back to me. I seriously doubt it. Bottom line - I strongly suggest you use a different pdf editor. This one is difficult to figure out and doesn't work anyway. Plus their support is non-existent.An update. After nothing but robot replies for 3 days that they are very busy I finally got a reply and refund after they saw this review. In fairness, the problem with the printing is SodaPDF 360 Pro. Not only the problems I mentioned above but it also makes any text I highlighted very faint and almost unreadable. However, I tried printing the edited document just using the Windows printer dialogue and it prints fine. So the problem is with the Soda PDF Pro app.
