His professionalism restored my faith in customer service, and I was grateful for his support. John deserves all the positive feedback for genuinely caring about the customer and resolving the issue efficiently. Unfortunately, prior to reaching him, I had two frustrating calls with another representative who dismissed my concerns and failed to engage. When I requested to speak with someone else, I was denied, and my issue was not resolved. My large order wasn’t packed properly, and despite providing evidence, I was made to feel it was my fault. To make matters worse, my order was marked as “fulfilled” despite not being processed correctly. The stress was unnecessary, and I hope no other customer experiences this.
