I was disappointed with the service and requested a refund, but ultimately decided to have the order re-sent. It finally arrived today, January 9, after a sales associate followed up with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure I received my order.

I ordered my product in early December, but it didn’t arrive. I understand there was an issue with the delivery service, not the product itself. Regardless, they managed to resolve it for me over the holiday period. A representative was fantastic in assisting me.
I’m very pleased with the customer service, as I had my doubts! I wasn’t sure about the quality of the product, but I received all the answers I needed from a representative and decided to go for the SodaStream DUO. It functions incredibly well so far, and I’m thrilled to enjoy my sparkling water! 😉👍🏼

John deserves all the positive feedback for genuinely caring about the customer and resolving the issue efficiently. Unfortunately, prior to reaching him, I had two frustrating calls with another representative who dismissed my concerns and failed to engage. When I requested to speak with someone else, I was denied, and my issue was not resolved. My large order wasn’t packed properly, and despite providing evidence, I was made to feel it was my fault. To make matters worse, my order was marked as “fulfilled” despite not being processed correctly. The stress was unnecessary, and I hope no other customer experiences this.
I placed my order on December 5 and still haven’t received the product or tracking information. Each time I call for updates, the representatives seem unaware of the situation. They mention issues with the supplier or courier, depending on who I speak to. They confidently assured me I would receive it before Christmas, but it's Christmas Eve now. They haven’t been answering calls for days, and I’ve been on hold for half an hour trying to cancel my order. Unfortunately, it’s now December 29, and the product is still missing. I initiated a chargeback on my credit card, as previous emails went unanswered. This has been the worst online purchase experience!
We encountered a delivery problem and were concerned our order wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas, but the team handled it excellently. Communication was great, and everything got sorted out. The product is fantastic, and it’s a sign of a good company when issues are resolved so quickly.
