1 star is more than they deserve.Ordered a starter kit on 19 Dec when their website promised delivery before Xmas within 3 to 5 days so 24 Dec latest.It didn't arrive by early on 24 Dec so I checked their website and it said it hadn't even shipped! I emailed them but by 30 Dec they hadn't bothered to reply so I called them only to be told it hadn't shipped and they didn't know when it would, it would just be "as soon as possible". When I asked why they promised pre-Xmas delivery their representative just put the phone down on me.No delivery and no apology. Terrible company. I will now be having to do a credit card charge-back and will never deal with them again.
