I had purchased two faulty canisters and thought it was the machine that was broken and purchased a new one. Customer support let me know that they had a batch of faulty canisters distributed, apologized, sent me two new canisters and a water bottle as a gift. When I asked for a way to return the new unopened machine i no longer needed, they said they would refund the purchase without wanting it returned.
