On multiple occasions, the company miscounted the empty canisters I returned and charged me for them. I had to contact the support team to resolve it each time. I received a refund each time, but I can't recover the time spent dealing with this "convenient service." The canister swap program isn't worth the trouble. There are other services that offer the same at a lower cost and with greater efficiency. The company seems to have grown too large and is now lacking in customer service.
