I love the product, but the process of reordering CO2 is very poor, at least when you do it through them through the mail. Specifically the return process for sending back the empty cylinders. I've done this three times and two of those times I did not receive a return label in the box. "No problem" their email says, just log into your account and print off the label. I'm very competent technically (an engineer), but that process is fairly broken - if you enter the wrong credentials, it just reloads the login page with no indication of a problem. It pops up a "shop" verification option when you put in your email, but when you respond to the code they send to your email address, there's no way to enter the code because a mobile device doesn't recognize the boxes as text entry, so no keyboard appears. In the past I've had to contact their support to get a PDF of the return label and print it out myself. It's a long, frustrating, and excessive process for something that should be simple. As the CO2 is overpriced, it's a very poor reflection on them and they've not fixed it for over a year. The experience through brick and mortar stores might be better, but it's not part of a normal shopping flow for most of them (because of the return process) so I imagine clunky as well.
