I wouldn't have made the purchase if I had known this. The tracking link is useless, just constantly says it's in transit. Initially, the responses from customer service were meaningless platitudes, so quick that I suspect they were automated. When I raised further concerns about the delay, the support team went completely silent. If you want an item delivered in a reasonable timeframe, STAY AWAY.
