i’m amazed by their customer service by Erick. Quick in response and made the process so easy when i looked for exchanged . Just took my email conversation enquiring about change in size and ordered on their own . such a hassle free. I’m keen to purchase more from them . Delivery was within expected time frame too for my original order .
The business is highly unprofessional. Shipping takes up to a month. Items that are sold out will still be sold on the website without customer knowledge and customers will be forced to wait for a restock without return . Overall unhappy with brand
I purchased a jacket that was advertised with specific design features, quality, and proportions. However, what I received a month later was entirely different from the product images, of very low quality, and poorly sized—the waistline sits directly under the bust, making it only suitable for a child or a very short individual (I am 5’5”). Key design elements shown in the pictures were completely absent. I tried to address this with the seller, but they requested photos for a refund, which is unreasonable. I have now demanded a full refund and am prepared to escalate the matter through consumer protection authorities if necessary. This has been a waste of my time, but I feel it's important for other customers to be aware.
My parcel arrived over three weeks after placing the order, with minimal information provided regarding its whereabouts while I was inquiring about delivery. Upon arrival, the quality was disappointing, so I won't be ordering again. I followed the return process outlined on their website, which stated I need a returns form to include in the parcel. I've requested this three times now and still haven't received it. It feels like they are intentionally making the return process difficult. Their latest communication also indicated that I must return the parcel to another country at my own expense, which I suspect will be quite costly! I regret ordering from them and will not use their service again.
Always check reviews first! I placed an order on January 11 and was informed it would take 5-6 working days. Eight working days later, there's still no sign of it. I wouldn't have made the purchase if I had known this. The tracking link is useless, just constantly says it's in transit. Initially, the responses from customer service were meaningless platitudes, so quick that I suspect they were automated. When I raised further concerns about the delay, the support team went completely silent. If you want an item delivered in a reasonable timeframe, STAY AWAY.
